Those who want to refresh tired-looking eyes by treating irritated eye corners or bulging under-eye fat
Those who want to brighten a tired look by improving dark circles and deep tear troughs

Essential post-eye-surgery aftercare tips
from Banpoleeum
1. Cold Compress Care
Until the stitches are removed, apply cold compresses for 10–15 minutes every 3 hours,
and be careful not to press hard on the surgical area while doing so.
2. Maintain a Proper Posture
Avoid bowing your head, sleeping face down,
or applying
strong pressure to the face — these can worsen swelling and delay recovery.
3. No Smoking or Drinking
To prevent inflammation and ensure smooth recovery,
strictly avoid
alcohol and smoking for at least one month after surgery.
4. Medication and Ointment Use
Take prescribed medications regularly according to the schedule provided, and apply eye ointment consistently without missing any doses.
5. Face Washing and Makeup
Until the stitches are removed, avoid getting water on the surgical area, and it is recommended to start makeup 2–3 days after suture removal.
6. Activity Restrictions
Refrain from activities that cause heavy sweating or raise intraocular pressure — such as gym workouts, swimming, and saunas — for one month after surgery.
7. Handling Abnormal Symptoms
A small amount of bleeding or
conjunctival swelling shortly after
surgery is normal. However, if pain worsens significantly,
please contact our clinic immediately.
