Laceration Suture
Laceration Suture
Our goal is not simply to close the wound, but to minimize scarring
through fine double-layer suturing that carefully stitches each skin layer separately.
Wounds on the face or other exposed areas can leave a scar that becomes a far greater emotional burden.
From first-aid treatment to scar care, we will be with you every step of the way.
So your presence becomes your first impression
Abrasion
Abrasion
With abrasions, any tiny foreign particles left in the skin can lead to scarring if not fully removed.
Banpoleeum minimizes scars by performing precise cleansing and moist dressing to prevent scab formation.
Even with minor wounds, we provide thorough care from initial treatment to tissue regeneration to prevent post-recovery pigmentation.

Benign Tumors
For lumps hidden beneath the skin, we precisely remove the tissue
and erase any concern about scarring with meticulous fine suturing.

1
Lipoma
A soft, palpable mass of fat tissue.
Removed through a minimal incision
with no trace, carefully dissecting
and excising only the deep-seated fat tissue. -
2
Epidermal cyst
A firm lump under the skin. Before it ruptures,
the entire sac must be removed in full
to prevent recurrence. -
3
Sebaceous cyst
A blocked sebaceous gland.
Treated at the root before it
progresses to inflammation.

removed cleanly with minimal scarring'
Lipoma
Lipoma
Lipomas, the soft lumps you feel beneath the skin, grow larger
the longer they are left untreated, increasing the burden of both surgery and scarring.
At Banpoleeum, we minimize visible incisions and remove the entire thin capsule (sac)
as well, eliminating the very source of recurrence.
With meticulous fine suturing that minimizes damage to surrounding tissue,
we help you maintain a smooth skin line with no scar concerns after surgery."
Epidermal Cyst / Sebaceous Cyst
They look similar but are different — epidermal cysts and sebaceous cysts.
With accurate diagnosis, we remove them completely, all the way to the root.
They appear alike, but epidermal cysts and sebaceous cysts have different causes and characteristics.
Banpoleeum's experienced plastic surgery specialists accurately distinguish between the two and perform
tailored micro-incision surgery suited to each.
Epidermal Cyst
Epidermal cyst
A sac filled with keratin and waste
A firm lump with a small central point
Carefully dissected so the sac doesn't
rupture, with the entire inner capsule
removed intact to prevent recurrence.
Sebaceous Cyst
Sebaceous cyst
A sac formed when sebum cannot drain
Soft to the touch with a high risk of inflammation
Before inflammation damages the skin, we use
a precise incision that follows the skin's natural lines
to cleanly remove the sebaceous sac at its source.

Banpoleeum aftercare guide
As important as precise treatment
is proper aftercare.
For a clean result with no scarring,
please follow the guidelines below.
1. Keep the wound dry (cleansing & showering)
Until the sutures are removed and the wound has healed, please keep water away from the treated area.
Use the waterproof tape we provide. If your dressing (bandage) gets wet, do not replace it yourself — visit the clinic for the safest result.
2. Never touch or squeeze the area
Do not touch or press on the tumor removal site or sutured wound area with your hands.
Especially for sebaceous and epidermal cysts, any stimulation can cause the inner capsule to rupture or lead to secondary infection, which may enlarge the scar.
3. Sun protection and consistent scar ointment use
Once the wound has healed and the scab has fallen off (or after suture removal), the new skin is easily prone to pigmentation when exposed to UV rays.
Always apply sunscreen thoroughly when going out, and consistently use the scar-specific ointment we provide.
4. No alcohol & no smoking to prevent inflammation
Alcohol and smoking constrict blood vessels and weaken the immune system, slowing wound recovery
and serving as a leading cause of inflammation. For safe healing, we recommend avoiding alcohol and smoking for at least 2 weeks.
